Welcome to Guna Foods, a brand rooted in over 50 years of legacy in flour milling and spice manufacturing. What began as Guna Flour Mill, a local favorite known for quality flours and authentic masalas, has now evolved into FLUETO GUNA FOODS AND ORGANIC PRIVATE LTD., a modern brand with a powerful purpose – to offer pure, natural, and preservative-free food products for healthier lives.

From the heart of Indian kitchens to your plate, Guna Foods carries forward the values passed down from our father’s trusted mill. As health concerns in modern lifestyles grew, we saw the need to create cleaner, safer food alternatives. This led to our transformation in October 2024, with a mission to blend traditional wisdom and modern food science.

Every product is crafted with only 3 powerful ingredients, proportionately blended as per nutritional standards, unlike typical multigrain attas that include less than 10% of each grain. Triple Goodness Atta from Guna Foods delivers full benefits of each grain, giving you genuine value in every bite.
